When the day isn't going
The way that it should,
And when there are too many
Clouds in your sky,
When the path you walk along
Takes a turn for the worse
Hold on.

When something you're working on
Doesn't work out,
When it seems there are
Less smiles than frowns,
And just when things seem like
They're about to fall apart
Hold on.

It's okay to get discouraged,
But don't ever give up.
The sun is always up there
somewhere shining in the sky.

Reach out and do your best
to chase the clouds away.
And remember that every tomorrow
Is a whole new opportunity
To begin anew in the light
Of a brand new day.
